Every day I am more convinced that we are here to experience a long process called Life, which is unique, incomparable and unique for each person and seeks to raise awareness of those we really are.
This process usually takes place unconsciously for us, feeling like a branch of a tree down without control by the river of life. We separate ourselves and others, often impossible to control with fear and sometimes alienated other 'person' who takes our body to do things that they want to do.
Coaching define love me always like a full stop. It's like turning the page and start a new paragraph in your life. As always, you be the type that, but in this new page you will be aware of what you're writing, realizing that it was you who always has written, day after day. Take
self-awareness often means having the courage to recognize that we are with our limitations and negative thoughts that we are making life more difficult. We can no longer blame the boss, the couple, the ex-partner and our much loved / hated parents .... We can no longer criticize angrily all the damage we are doing or have done to us. When you awaken in you, you realize that everything you've created you to live your process called Life. In fact because of your past now you are who you are and you're reading this article.
I love this profession! When you help others you help yourself when your client grows, you grow with it. Their happiness makes you happier. This is when you realize that we are not separate and we are all ONE.
