Avital Remote Start Problems

The importance of living our values every day and closing Integrating

Do you know what your values? Do you really know who you are? ... and most importantly: Do you live according to your most important internal values?

usually have nothing clear answers to the first two questions because we have not stopped to think about it a few minutes, which makes it almost impossible to respond positively to the third. Everyone

internal guiding values that are the pillars of our self, our person, and be loyal to them makes us feel good about ourselves, we respect, and love. Live by our values in our day to day implies being yourself in all situations and not sacrifice them for the values of other people or society imposes on us. Only you know your true values, what makes you happy, be faithful to them makes you regain confidence in yourself.

For me one of the causes of our unhappiness is that we are not living according to our most important values such as respect and self-love, understanding, compassion toward ourselves and others, acceptance, etc. When we betray or not we live our values, what we usually do by fears or limiting beliefs, the message we send to our subconscious is that our values are not important, sacrificing and making us feel miserable. Many times we respect the values of others and by fears or emotional blocks do not respect ours ... Sound familiar?

The coaching process helps you get inside you your true values, begin to consciously live them and discover what these fears, blockages and beliefs that prevented you do ultimately find out who you are and live according to it. David Gomez
