almost a year ago I discovered in myself the incredible emotional and spiritual benefits that rebirthing or 'rebirth' or 'conscious energy breathing' caused in me for months so I apply this discipline as well as effective working with my coaching clients with these two highly complementary methodologies and empowering one another.
When asked what has changed my life rebirthing, usually summarized in a simple but powerful statement: more peace and love myself and life. Both
rebirthing and coaching are two disciplines that work on personal growth or development but from two different angles. Coaching works on the mental level by defining objectives, action plans, being aware of thoughts and limiting beliefs to their transformation into positive thoughts, etc. Rebirthing works through conscious breathing and unlocks so deep emotions and fears that were created even in their own pregnancy and during the birth of the person. The release of those emotions for so many years locked in the person produces a new emotional state much more balanced and sound that enhances the effect of the tools we use in coaching, being the perfect match for the client.
