How To Claim Insurance Stolen Motorcycle

Learning to live our emotions freely

No surprises me that you have infinite capacity to invent mind mechanisms flight to anesthetize our true emotions and not express them. As a coach I see every day with my clients and sometimes myself.

not express your true emotions is one of the countless ways we autosabotearnos, not respecting us, basically to lose our personal power. Why do we do then? Normally there is always a fear or limiting belief that we carry from our earliest childhood to show our true emotions because we believe that if we do, the other person does not accept us, or break the relationship, or we are no longer valued, or because we feel responsible for that person and "we sacrifice" for the sake of a relationship, etc. It is a mental and behavioral patterns that we learn to protect ourselves emotionally at some point in our life and then it became a habit the rest of our lives if we do not change. Nobody taught us and encouraged us in our youth to show no fear what we feel, quite the contrary, since in many families is frowned upon to externalize the true emotions and you have to cover them.

A common example of emotional anesthesia with our partner, as many times as adults do not know how to manage our emotions we can not express what you truly feel within ourselves and we swallowing and eating until we burn or explode, Staying within the other end and taking emotions of rage and anger against your partner or against ourselves. Other ways our mind have to operate or to flee, among others, is eating compulsively or falling into addictions to try to offset this lack of love towards ourselves.

express emotions at all times without fear is above all an exercise of love and respect for oneself, a mature way to express what you feel because the most important thing is ourselves.

In the process of coaching work all these patterns, habits and fears that prevent you show as you are, allowing an open and emotional expansion ever had before. David Gomez
